What’s included in the apartment?

We include extended cable, the washer, dryer, and all the appliances, and an exterior storage closet.

Are you furnished?

Only for the short term corporate leases with a premium.

Do you charge more for location preferences, ie. The floor, the view, etc?

No, the preferences are first come first serve, the earlier you sign, the better chance you have of getting your preference

Do you offer a military or preferred employer discount?

Yes, we are proud to offer $25 off per month to our military personnel, or anyone who works full time for any of these institutions/businesses: Federal, state, or local government, all area hospitals and major medical centers, Target, Publix, Wal-Mart, Raymond James, USAA, all major banks, and all major insurance providers

What lease terms are available?

We offer short term corporate leases that come fully furnished. If you are not looking for a corporate lease, we also offer 5-12 month leases. If 10 monthsor shorter, there is a short term premium associated with it.

What are the average utilities for the apartments?

1/1: $30-60 for water/trash, $65-120 for electricity; 2/2: $40-70 for water, $100-175 for electricity; 3/3: $55-80 for water, $125-185 for electricity

Does each resident need a cosigner?

We only require one cosigner per apartment, as it is a joint lease. However, that cosigner needs to be aware they are the guarantor for the entire rent of the apartment.
